In this role, you will develop and execute customer growth strategies, leverage data and technology to drive business outcomes, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex challenges, improve performance, and unlock long-term value. If you are a relationship-driven professional who enjoys turning insights into action and driving measurable growth, we want to hear from you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer Growth Strategy

  • Build relationships across customer stakeholders to understand business priorities, industry trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and drive customer growth strategies informed by customer goals, market insights, account performance, and supply chain opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery-led customer conversations and business reviews to uncover business challenges, unmet needs, retention risks, and opportunities to expand wallet share.
  • Translate customer, market, and performance insights into actionable recommendations that support customer growth, retention, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate customer priorities, insights, and requirements into differentiated, scalable solutions across products, services, and capabilities.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines and commercial activities, including CRM qualification, pricing strategies, negotiations, proposals, RFPs, and award management to support account growth and market share expansion.

Strategic Customer Partnership and Influence

  • Serve as a strategic customer partner by connecting customer priorities, performance, emerging risks, and opportunities to actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
  • Build alignment across customer and internal stakeholders to establish priorities, clarify ownership, align resources, and drive shared outcomes, leading cross-functional account teams through influence rather than formal authority.
  • Advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities and partnering across functions to support successful execution and delivery on customer commitments.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues, determining root causes, and partnering with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions aligned to customer priorities.
  • Manage conflict and navigate complex customer situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a focus on long-term partnership.
  • Support customer adoption of new solutions, technologies, and operating practices by building alignment, reinforcing value, and helping customers realize intended business outcomes.

Technology Fluency and Operational Excellence

  • Leverage customer, financial, operational, and market data to understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and guide account strategy and business decisions.
  • Effectively use and position CRM, reporting tools, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve decision-making, execution effectiveness, customer outcomes, and business value.
  • Review financial, service, and operational performance, including accounts receivable, and take appropriate action to improve results, ensure compliance with negotiated terms, and create efficiencies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to onboard customer accounts, establish execution plans, and leverage automation and technology to support efficient and consistent delivery.
  • Identify recurring defects, workflow inefficiencies, and unnecessary manual work using operational insights and root cause analysis; evaluate workflows, SOPs, and execution models to simplify processes, reduce friction, and improve consistency and scalability.
  • Adopt and apply new technologies, tools, and processes; share successful practices, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities; and partner across functions to implement sustainable improvements, standardized ways of working, and measurable business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Site Specific: Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work, build alignment, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, technology, and customer insights to develop strategies, solve complex problems, and drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to connect customer needs, operational execution, financial performance, and technology to develop differentiated and scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in adopting new technologies, tools, and ways of working to meet evolving customer and business needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
