Diese Position umfasst die Vorbereitung, Verteilung und Pflege aller Dokumente für verschiedene geografische Regionen. Der Gateway Export-Agent ist verantwortlich für die Ausführung und Überwachung der Aufgaben für jeden Versand sowie für die tägliche Kommunikation, Berichterstattung und E-Mail-Verwaltung. Dies wird durch ein Engagement für herausragenden Kundenservice und operative Exzellenz erreicht.

AUFGABEN UND ZUSTÄNDIGKEITEN

Die Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten dieser Position umfassen unter anderem Folgendes:

  • Abwicklung von weltweiten LCL Export Seefrachtsammelcontainer aus ganz Europa
  • Koordination von Sendungen aus verschiedensten Teilen Europas in unseren zentralen Hubs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den europäischen Niederlassungen und Unterstützung bei der erfolgreichen Verladung aller LCL Sendungen im Unternehmen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden und neuen Seefrachtprodukte gemeinsam mit dem LCL Produkt Team
  • Unterstützung der Gateway Manager bei Carrier Meetings, Ratenverhandlungen, Angebotserstellungen oder Prozessoptimierungen

ANFORDERUNGEN

Erforderlich:

  • Abitur oder gleichwertige Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann/kauffrau
  • Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der globalen Spedition
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Programmen

Bevorzugt:

  • Associate- oder Bachelor-Abschluss von einer anerkannten Hochschule in einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Gateways oder Konsolidierungen von Sendungen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Priorisierungs- und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten
  • Hervorragende Kundenservice-Fähigkeiten und Nachverfolgung zur Nutzung mit Kunden und dem Netzwerk
  • Kritisches Denken, Flexibilität und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um sich an ständig wechselnde Aufgaben und Kundenbedürfnisse anzupassen
  • Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details
  • Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen und fristgesteuerten Büroumgebung zu arbeiten

Compensation Range

€33,300.00 - €55,000.00
