The posting

Responsibilities:

Campaign Marketing

  • Develop marketing campaigns and activations across offline, digital, and social channels to drive online and in-store traffic.
  • Execution includes campaign ideation, comms planning, content development, e-mail and digital marketing, public relations, advertising, activations & events, and more.
  • Organise and align the campaign / project timeline, directional inputs, integrated marketing functions (marketing, social media, CRM), and onsite execution to drive business objectives and goals.
  • Tracking and analysis of results and insights in digital marketing, social media, and in-store promotions and activations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead in the collaboration with internal business stakeholders such as Leasing, Merchandising, E-commerce to execute marketing projects and communications.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to support execution when needed.

Leasing Marketing

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the assigned business unit, ensuring effective marketing initiatives tailored to customer segments.
  • Develop and execute leasing marketing plans to position the mall as a destination for wellness, F&B, retail shopping.
  • Handle the media rates, deck and booking of in-store media spaces.
  • Review and approve brands’ and tenants’ in-store visuals, providing guidance and quality checks to ensure brand compliance and on-time roll-out.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years experience in consumer and / or retail marketing.
  • Experience and interest in retail and multi-brand management of F&B, wellness, fashion, beauty, and home would be advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle between priorities.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, developing presentations, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset, detail oriented, and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity, maintaining timeliness, discipline, and professionalism.
