The posting

Vi har travlt hos C. Reinhardt og søger en kompetent tekniker/mekaniker til vores serviceafdeling i Ballerup. Dine arbejdsopgaver er alsidige, men vil primært være telefonisk support og servicering af vores forhandlere i Danmark, Holland, Belgien og Luxembourg

Du bliver en del af et team på 3 personer, der varetager de tekniske opgaver med høj faglighed og kunden i centrum.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • At håndtere telefoniske henvendelser i et kvikt og kundevenligt tempo på både engelsk og dansk.
  • Kontakt til leverandører vedr. tekniske spørgsmål • Kvalitetssikring og reparation af køretøjer på vores eget værksted eller hos kunden.
  • Deltage i alle øvrige forekommende opgaver på et travlt kontor/værksted.
  • Servicebesøg hos vores forhandlere.
  • Udarbejde og opdatere service information.
  • Assistere reservedelsafdelingen og andre ad hoc-opgaver i afdelingen.

Din profil

  • ATV, MC, knallert eller automekaniker.
  • Du kan begå dig på engelsk i både skrift og tale. Det er en fordel hvis du taler hollandsk eller fransk.
  • Erfaring med benzinmotorer og motorstyring på køretøjer.
  • Serviceminded, imødekommende og udadvendt.
  • Mødestabil og engageret.
  • Fleksibel og god til at samarbejde i en travl hverdag.
  • Kørekort til bil
  • Godt it-kendskab
