Über uns

Die C1 Green Chemicals AG entwickelt und skaliert neue chemische Verfahren – vom Labor bis in den Pilotmaßstab. Unsere Teams arbeiten eng verzahnt zwischen Katalyse‑ und Syntheselabor, Engineering und Technikum. Ziel: Prozesse, die industriell funktionieren und echte Beiträge zu einer nachhaltigeren Chemie leisten. Simulation ist dabei kein Selbstzweck, sondern Entscheidungsgrundlage.

Was Du machst

  • Aufbau und Durchführung stationärer und/oder dynamischer Prozesssimulationen
  • Integration und Anpassung kinetischer Teilmodelle in bestehende Simulationsframeworks
  • Technische Vorabschätzungen für neue Prozess‑ und Anlagenkonzepte
  • Unterstützung bei CAPEX‑/OPEX‑Abschätzungen auf Basis bestehender Templates und Annahmen
  • Saubere, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Annahmen, Rechenwegen und Ergebnissen
  • Entwicklung kleiner Programming‑Tools oder Skripte für Datenhandling, Auswertung oder Reporting
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Engineering‑ und Laborteams - Deine Ergebnisse werden direkt weiter genutzt

Dein Profil

Must‑haves

  • Immatrikuliert im Bachelor oder Master (Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Pflichtpraktikum gemäß Studien‑/Prüfungsordnung (Nachweis erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute Grundlagen in Thermodynamik, Reaktionstechnik/Kinetik und Trennverfahren
  • Erfahrung mit Prozesssimulation (z. B. Aspen Plus/HYSYS, gPROMS o. Ä.) aus Uni‑ oder Praxisprojekten
  • Python‑Kenntnisse (NumPy, Pandas, Plotting, einfache Automatisierung)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und echtes Ownership für Dein Arbeitspaket

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Erfahrung mit dynamischer Simulation oder Modellreduktion
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Pilot‑ oder Scale‑up‑Fragestellungen
  • Advanced AI Skills: z. B. ML‑Modelle zur Parameterschätzung, Surrogate Models, KI‑gestützte Optimierung oder automatisierte Auswertung großer Simulationsdatensätze
  • Spaß daran, Prozesse nicht nur zu rechnen, sondern zu hinterfragen
