This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building a strong sales pipeline and converting prospective suppliers into active users of C2FO's early payment and working capital solutions. As an SRM, you will own the full new-business sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through enrollment and a supplier's first transaction. You'll engage financial decision-makers, understand their cash flow challenges and demonstrate how C2FO's solutions can help improve working capital and financial flexibility. Successful SRMs are competitive, curious and resilient individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving business challenges and closing new business. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment that combines consultative selling with high-volume prospecting. AI-enabled sales tools support account research, outreach and productivity, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations, relationship building and converting opportunities into revenue. Success is measured by pipeline development, net-new supplier activations and new-business revenue generated. Essential Duties: Prospecting & Pipeline Development

Proactively identify and engage prospective suppliers through daily outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels. Build, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of self-sourced new-business opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets. Research and prioritize prospective suppliers based on business fit, engagement signals and potential working capital needs. Respond promptly to inbound and marketing-generated leads, qualifying opportunities and advancing prospects through the sales process. Identify and engage key financial decision-makers, including CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers and business owners, while developing relationships with multiple stakeholders within an organization. Leverage AI-enabled sales tools for account research, prospect identification, outreach preparation and productivity, ensuring communications remain accurate, personalized and effective.

Consultative Selling & New Business Acquisition

Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective suppliers' cash flow challenges, financial priorities and working capital needs. Clearly communicate the value of C2FO's early payment solutions and demonstrate how they compare with traditional financing alternatives. Build credibility with financial decision-makers by presenting relevant, compelling solutions that address their business objectives. Confidently handle objections, navigate complex sales conversations and guide qualified prospects toward a purchasing decision. Manage the sales process from initial engagement through supplier enrollment and first transaction, proactively addressing barriers to activation. Identify opportunities to introduce additional C2FO working capital solutions based on supplier needs and product fit.

Sales Performance, Pipeline Management & Collaboration

Maintain accurate and timely records of prospecting activities, contacts, opportunities and sales forecasts within the CRM. Ensure account and contact information is accurate, identifying and resolving duplicate or inconsistent records. Consistently manage pipeline stages, follow-up activities and anticipated close dates to support accurate forecasting. Monitor sales activity and conversion performance, adjusting outreach strategies to improve results. Partner with Account Management to ensure a smooth transition of newly activated suppliers, providing relevant relationship history and business context. Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations to share prospect feedback, identify process improvements and enhance the supplier experience. Meet or exceed established targets for outbound activity, pipeline development, new supplier activations and new-business revenue.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
