工作职责： 1、分析公司各平台的架构和组件，理解其功能和性能特点，并根据高阶智驾所需进行集成，构建高阶智驾平台的基础设施，并确保平台的稳定运行和持续改进 2、设计并优化高阶智驾平台的数据管理/关联/查询等功能，包括数据版本维护、血缘追踪、数据关联管理、数据挖掘等，保证真值数据，参考信号，原始数据等多源数据全面准确关联 3、设计并且优化高阶智驾平台的基础能力，保证开发过程数据/制品/报告等各种要素的高效流转与关联 4、与算法部门深度合作，对数据系统性能和效率联合优化 5、撰写平台用户文档，持续降低用户使用平台的上手难度

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业 2、熟悉数据平台的组件和工具，如数据仓库、ETL工具、数据湖等 3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如python，具备5年以上相关开发工作经验 4、接触过至少一种机器学习框架（Tensorflow / PyTorch / MxNet或其他框架） 5、良好的逻辑分析与沟通表达能力，能够快速理解复杂的业务流程和系统 6、具备智驾领域数据管理和关联经验，能够处理复杂数据关系者优先，有AI平台研发经验的优先
