1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先，3年以上后端研发经验。 2. 精通 Golang / Python，具备扎实的工程实现与系统优化能力。 3. 了解 MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB 或 Redis 等数据库，具备基础的数据库操作和优化能力。 4. 了解大数据服务生态，包括Hadoop、Hive、Spark、flink、Doris、iceberg等相关组件 5. 了解消息队列、缓存等基础技术概念。 6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与跨职能团队紧密合作。

具备以下条件之一者优先： 1. 有AI平台开发经验，了解数据标注、模型训练、推理部署、测评等流程。 2. 有高并发、分布式系统的设计或调优经验。
