1、负责智驾产品系统级台架测试的需求分析，台架测试方案的构建，输出测试用例，并通过测试流程与方法创新，提升测试的质量和效率； 2、负责 系统级 与模块自动化测试框架的搭建与维护； 3、执行模块项目测试，完成测试环境构建、测试脚本开发等工作； 4、负责产品各环节的测试质量管控，识别潜在问题与风险，跟踪问题解决进度，确保问题得以处理；

1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业； 2、具备三年以上智驾行业经验，有 OEM、tire1 HIL测试工作经验者优先； 3、熟悉Linux嵌入式操作系统，熟练使用vector等总线工具，有嵌入式测试经验或者嵌入SDK软件测试经验； 4、精通Python、CAPL，并具备良好的编程能力，熟悉主流仿真软件（VTD、carmaker、Simone等） 5、有智驾功能测试经验包括包括 NOA/ICA/ACC 泊车APA/HPA等、熟悉安全法规测试场景(CNCAP、ENCAP等)、 6、熟悉 CI/CD 流程，掌握 Jenkins 框架，能熟练运用 Python 相关自动化测试框架开展工作； 7、具备良好的沟通协作能力、问题分析与解决能力，工作积极主动，执行力强 8、英语能作为工作语言 9、有海外项目量产经验优先
