1、负责组织协调自动驾驶/辅助驾驶版本迭代过程中的测试工作，推进高质量产品落地和交付，包括但不限于以下职责; 2、负责制定智驾产品交付项目的测试计划与验证策略，明确测试范围、目标与资源需求; 3、协调分配测试资源，组织开展系统集成测试、用户验收测试等关键阶段测试验证，监督测试进展并及时报告测试结果; 4、与研发团队紧密合作，确保测试需求和问题得到及时解决; 5、系统性地收集、分析、跟踪交付过程中的产品缺陷与问题，建立风险预警机制，及时识别并报告项目交付风险; 6、持续优化客户侧测试流程与方法，提升测试效率与质量; 7、基于测试数据驱动产品优化与流程改进；推动测试自动化在交付项目中的应用，降低人工测试成本;

1、本科及以上学历，至少3年以上智能驾驶相关工作经验，熟悉自动驾驶/辅助驾驶功能； 2、有自动驾驶相关的行业经验，熟悉自动驾驶数据驱动、测试驱动的开发闭环； 3、熟悉测试理论和流程，有实际测试开发或者测试管理经验； 4、善于沟通协调，有很好的责任意识，注重细节，能够主动牵引工作推进; 5、优秀的跨部门协作与客户沟通能力，能有效推动问题解决; 6、具备良好的项目进度把控与资源协调能力; 7、强烈的质量意识与风险防范能力，注重细节与过程管控; 8、有量产交付测试管理经验; 9、有英语，日语，德语等第二语言作为工作优先;
