核心职责 1. 市场信息反馈：及时收集两轮车智能驾驶行业动态、竞品信息及客户需求变化，整理成市场分析报告，为公司产品迭代、销售策略优化提供数据支持。 2. 客户关系维护：建立并维护核心客户（主机厂和Tier1）的长期稳定合作关系，定期回访客户，了解客户使用反馈、产品需求及痛点，协调公司技术、项目团队，提供全方位服务支持。 3. 产品推广与品牌传递：协同市场部门开展产品推广活动（展会、宣讲会、线下体验等），向客户清晰传递产品优势、技术亮点，提升产品品牌影响力。 4. 市场开拓与客户开发：调研两轮车市场需求，对接客户，完成业务洽谈、商务谈判、合同签订全流程。 5. 跨部门协同：联动技术、产品、项目团队推动问题高效解决，保障销售工作顺利推进。 6. 销售目标达成：根据公司整体销售计划，拆解个人销售指标（销售额、客户数量、市场渗透率），制定个人销售计划并高效执行，确保按时完成各项业绩任务，助力产品在两轮车领域的市场占有率提升。

任职要求 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，5年及以上销售相关工作经验，优先具备两轮车（电动车、摩托车）行业/汽车电子行业经验者，日语语言能力优先； 2. 专业能力：具备优秀的市场开拓能力、商务谈判能力及客户沟通能力，能独立完成客户开发与销售全流程，能清晰解读产品技术优势与核心价值。 3. 职业素养：具备强烈的目标感、责任心及抗压能力，做事积极主动、执行力强，具备良好的团队协作精神与职业操守。 4. 其他要求：能适应频繁差旅。
