1. 负责智能驾驶域控制器 / 计算平台的硬件电路设计，包括系统方案设计、原理图设计与元器件选型； 2. 主导或参与高速数字电路、电源系统及关键接口电路（车载以太网、SerDes、DDR、PCIe、CAN/LIN 等）的设计与调试； 3. 负责或指导 PCB Layout，把控信号完整性（SI）、电源完整性（PI）及 EMC 设计质量； 4. 配合嵌入式软件团队完成板级 bring-up 与系统联调，定位并解决硬件相关问题； 5. 跟进产品从设计验证（DVT）到量产（MP）的全流程硬件支持，包括可靠性测试、良率提升与降本优化； 6. 对接芯片原厂及 Tier1 客户，完成芯片应用方案设计与技术支持； 7. 输出硬件设计规格书、测试报告、BOM 等技术文档。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业； 2. 5 年以上硬件电路设计经验，有智能驾驶 / 汽车电子 / 计算平台产品量产经验者优先； 3. 精通至少一款主流 EDA 工具（Cadence / Altium / Mentor 等），能独立完成原理图设计并指导/审查 PCB； 4. 扎实的模数电路基础，熟悉 ARM SoC / MCU 系统架构与典型外设设计； 5. 熟悉高速信号设计（DDR、PCIe、SerDes、车载以太网等）及 SI/PI 分析方法； 6. 熟悉电源系统设计（Buck / Boost / LDO 等），有车载电源设计经验者优先； 7. 了解汽车电子相关标准（IATF 16949、ISO 16750、CISPR 25 等）； 8. 熟练使用示波器、频谱仪、逻辑分析仪等仪器进行板级调试； 9. 责任心强，具备跨团队协作与良好的沟通习惯。
