1. 该岗位可细分为泊车、行车、主动安全、车云等； 2. 与客户沟通讨论并确定产品的需求和性能的技术规格； 3. 管理客户需求和预期，提供功能相关的交付物； 4. 依据标品方案以及客户需求（如功能规范、状态机、信号矩阵、关联件需求等），制定相应的技术方案，形成方案/架构/需求文档，并明确客户需求与标品方案的偏差； 5. 在codebeamer上维护客户需求以及对应客户项目的系统需求，明确需求偏差，并根据功能增长计划规划系统需求实现的版本，并做内部评审； 6. 开发阶段跟踪自己owner模块的开发状态以及版本性能，对交付质量负责； 7. 实车联调阶段，确保各版本软件中自己负责内容的实现，以及过程中的问题排查和解决； 8. 解决客户对应提出的感知和功能问题； 9. 协同客户进行法规、行业标准等场地测试，场景分析回灌；

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业； 2. 熟悉自动驾驶行业法规，L2组合驾驶辅助，NCAP，I-VISTA等； 3. 有自动驾驶、ADAS、AD或泊车产品系统开发和应用经验； 4. 对于问题定义，分析有着非常强的能力，具有结构化、系统化思维； 5. 对于自动驾驶大规模量产有着兴趣； 6. 快速学习的能力，具有前沿的技术洞察力和前瞻视野 7. 良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力和问题解决能力 8. 有自动驾驶量产项目交付经验，熟悉关联系统的特性以及通讯方式

加分项： 1. 熟悉C/C++ python，具有相关计算机视觉或嵌入式编程经验者优先 2. 了解各类感知传感器（多V，radar），了解智能驾驶技术体系及软硬件架构 3. 有计算机视觉或机器学习相关经验，具备计算机视觉/深度学习/机器感知相关基本知识
