1. 负责智能驾驶系统中间件及基础软件（诊断、OTA、时间同步、通信、日志、配置、标定等）的产品需求和技术规范定义，整理编制系统需求、模块需求及接口规范等相关文档； 2. 负责中间件及基础软件系统架构设计，分析业务需求及技术发展趋势，参与产品 Roadmap 制定，落实技术方案并识别系统风险，确保方案的合理性、可扩展性及可量产性； 3. 负责基础软件需求分析与分解，制定诊断、OTA、时间同步、通信、日志、标定、存储、安全等公共能力方案，推动平台能力标准化建设； 4. 负责基础软件与感知、规划、控制、HMI、工具链等模块的接口定义，推动跨团队需求对齐，保证系统集成和软件交付质量； 5. 负责整车厂客户需求、法规需求及平台需求分析，完成需求导入、方案评审、问题跟踪及闭环验证，支撑量产项目交付； 6. 负责中间件及基础软件相关技术规范、设计文档、接口文档及开发指导文档的编制与维护，推动平台能力持续优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子工程、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业； 2. 具有3年以上智能驾驶、ADAS或汽车电子基础软件相关开发或系统设计经验； 3. 熟悉智能驾驶系统架构，理解中间件及基础软件组成，包括但不限于诊断、OTA、时间同步、通信、日志、配置管理、标定、存储等基础能力； 4. 熟悉Linux或QNX操作系统，了解嵌入式软件架构及系统启动流程，具备系统分析能力； 5. 熟悉CAN、CAN FD、车载以太网、DoIP、SOME/IP、DDS等常用车载通信协议，了解AUTOSAR基础软件架构者优先； 6. 熟悉OTA、UDS诊断、时间同步（PTP/gPTP）、软件升级、系统配置管理等相关技术者优先； 7. 具有整车量产项目开发或交付经验，熟悉整车开发流程及DV/PV开发流程； 8. 具有较强的问题分析能力、系统架构能力和跨部门沟通协调能力，具备结构化、系统化思维。
