岗位职责 （一）产品定义与需求管理（产品端核心） 1、深耕全球两轮车行业，调研欧美、东南亚、日韩等海外主流市场法规、用户骑行习惯、竞品ARAS辅助驾驶功能方案、定价及配置体系，输出全球市场产品需求调研报告。 2、结合两轮车行驶特性，完成ARAS辅助驾驶产品功能定义、版本规划、 roadmap 制定。 3、对接算法、硬件、系统研发团队，拆解市场需求与客户需求，输出产品需求文档、功能规格书，明确产品技术边界、成本阈值、性能指标，平衡技术可行性、产品成本与市场竞争力。 4、针对不同海外区域市场、不同车型定位（高端通勤、运动摩托、大众电摩），做产品差异化配置定义，打造适配全球不同层级市场的产品矩阵。 （二）市场推广与商业化落地（市场端核心） 1、负责全球两轮车智驾产品市场化包装，输出产品卖点、解决方案、宣传物料、技术白皮书、报价体系，适配B端整车厂客户、海外代理商的合作需求。 2、深度跟进全球两轮车行业趋势、头部车企动态、海外智驾法规更新（安全辅助、智能化准入标准），及时调整产品策略与市场推广策略，保障产品符合全球区域准入要求。 3、配合销售团队开展海内外客户对接、技术交流、方案宣讲、样品推介、项目落地跟进，挖掘客户定制化需求，推动商务合作落地。 4、负责竞品动态常态化监控，分析竞品产品功能、价格、渠道、市场策略，输出竞品分析报告，为产品迭代、定价、市场突围提供决策依据。 （三）跨部门协同与项目管理 1、联动研发、供应链、销售、海外区域团队，保障全球市场产品供需匹配。 2、负责两轮车智驾产品核心卖点、技术优势的内部赋能，为销售、运营团队提供产品培训，提升前端市场推广能力。 3、跟进行业展会、海外技术峰会、行业交流活动，负责产品对外展示、品牌推广与行业资源对接。

二、岗位任职要求 （一）基础条件 1、5-10年两轮车/汽车智能驾驶、车载电子、汽车零部件产品市场、产品经理相关经验； 2、具备良好的英文读写及口语沟通能力，可适配海外市场资料研读、海外客户对接、全球化业务推进。 （二）专业能力要求 1、熟悉辅助智能驾驶核心功能工作原理、了解传感器工作关系。 2、具备用户洞察、市场调研、需求拆解、产品定义、版本规划能力，能够独立输出市场分析报告、产品需求文档。 3、了解欧美、东南亚等全球辅助驾驶法规。 4、具备优秀的竞品分析、成本认知、市场策略制定能力，能够结合行业趋势制定差异化产品及市场方案。 （三）综合素质要求 1、具备极强的跨部门协同能力，逻辑清晰； 2、对两轮车智能化行业有高度热情，市场敏感度高，善于捕捉行业趋势、客户需求和产品痛点； 3、抗压能力强，具备独立解决问题的能力，可适配阶段性出差； 4、兼具产品思维与市场商业化思维，懂技术、懂产品、懂市场，能够平衡产品技术价值与商业价值。
