岗位职责 一、车辆改装工艺与质量管理 1. 负责L2级智能驾驶车辆及研发测试车辆的改装工艺、装配质量和交付质量管理。 2. 负责传感器、计算平台、线束、支架及相关设备的安装工艺策划，确保改装方案安全、可靠、规范、可实施。 3. 根据项目需求编制车辆改装工艺方案、作业指导书、检验规范、质量检查清单及验收标准。 4. 负责车辆改装过程中结构件、支架、工装、线束及设备安装的质量控制。 5. 熟悉车辆支架设计、加工及装配工艺，能够识别设计、加工和装配过程中的质量风险，并推动问题闭环。 6. 负责车辆改装过程中的来料、过程及最终检验，跟踪关键尺寸、安装精度、装配精度和功能状态。 7. 负责改装车辆的质量验收、问题分析、整改验证和交付评审，确保车辆满足项目要求。 8. 推动车辆改装工艺标准化、模块化和可复制化，持续提升改装效率、装配质量及交付一致性。 9. 参与改装方案评审、结构设计评审和工艺可制造性评估，提出工艺及质量改进建议。 10. 建立并维护车辆改装质量问题台账，运用5Why、鱼骨图、8D等方法进行原因分析和改善。 11. 对标汽车制造及先进装备行业工艺质量标准，持续完善车辆改装工艺体系和质量保障机制。 12. 协同研发、机械、电子电气、软件、算法、测试及供应商团队，解决项目实施过程中的工艺和质量问题。 二、智驾车辆改装与项目支持 1. 参与摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达、组合导航、计算平台等设备的安装、调试及质量验证。 2. 参与车辆传感器安装精度、视场角、安装位置、结构强度及线束布置的检查确认。 3. 配合车辆标定、系统联调、数据采集及道路测试，确保改装车辆满足测试和使用要求。 4. 参与改装车辆从方案设计、结构加工、设备安装、系统调试、标定验证到交付验收的全过程管理。 5. 针对项目实施中的质量问题，组织相关人员进行现场分析、整改和验证。 三、工艺体系与能力建设 1. 建立和完善车辆改装工艺质量管理流程、作业标准和检验标准。 2. 从人、机、料、法、环等方面识别工艺风险，制定质量保障和过程控制措施。 3. 推动标准工装、专用夹具、高精度测量工具及数字化工艺文件的应用。 4. 组织开展工艺培训、质量培训和现场审核，提升团队规范作业和问题解决能力。 5. 沉淀典型改装案例、质量问题及改善经验，形成可复用的工艺规范和技术资料。

任职要求 1. 大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计、汽车制造、机电一体化、汽车电子、质量管理等相关专业。 2. 具备3年以上汽车制造、车辆改装、装配工艺、工艺质量或相关工程经验。 3. 熟悉汽车及车辆改装工艺，具备较强的现场工艺管理和质量问题解决能力。 4. 熟悉车辆支架、工装夹具及结构件的设计、加工、表面处理和装配工艺。 5. 能够识别车辆改装过程中结构强度、安装精度、装配质量、线束布置及功能可靠性等方面的风险。 6. 能够编制或审核工艺方案、作业指导书、检验规范、质量检查表及验收标准。 7. 掌握常用质量工具和问题分析方法，如8D、5Why、鱼骨图、FMEA、SPC等。 8. 具备良好的图纸识读能力，能够使用AutoCAD、CATIA、UG/NX、SolidWorks等软件之一绘制或查看相关图纸。 9. 具备较强的现场动手能力、沟通协调能力和项目推进能力，能够适应车辆改装及现场测试工作。 10. 有智能驾驶车辆、自动驾驶测试车、研发样车或传感器改装经验者优先。 11. 有L2级智能驾驶系统、传感器安装、车辆标定、数据采集或道路测试经验者优先。 12. 了解汽车电子电气架构、CAN、车载以太网等相关知识者优先。 加分项 1. 熟悉Linux或Ubuntu系统，具备基础的系统安装、环境配置和设备调试经验。 2. 了解Shell、Python、Docker、Git、ROS/ROS2等工具或技术。 3. 具备Linux/Ubuntu环境下软件、驱动、中间件或传感器程序部署经验。 4. 了解摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达、组合导航及计算平台的基本工作原理。 5. 有汽车整车厂、智能驾驶企业、汽车电子企业或测试装备企业工作经验。
