1. 负责高速NOA、城区NOA等高阶智驾行车功能的代码开发及性能调试，包括ACC、LKA、TJA、自动变道、上下匝道、红绿灯通行等功能的软件设计、编码实现与单元测试； 2. 负责功能应用层软件的实现与优化，基于实车数据进行功能性能分析，主导功能调优工作，确保功能满足设计指标与驾乘体验； 3. 负责功能在SoC平台A核/R核上的开发、集成与调试，独立解决开发过程中的技术问题； 4. 负责实车调试、标定及验收，主导故障排查与数据分析，输出测试报告与改进方案； 5. 参与功能需求分析、技术方案设计及量产交付，与感知、规划、控制、底盘等上下游团队紧密协作； 6. 负责行车功能状态机的设计与开发，包括功能激活、退出、降级、接管、故障处理等状态迁移逻辑； 7. 输出状态机设计文档，确保状态迁移逻辑安全、可追溯、可测试，并支持功能在不同ODD下的状态管理； 8. 参与SOME/IP服务接口的设计、开发与调试，支持服务发现、方法调用、事件订阅等通信机制； 9. 负责SOME/IP通信数据的监控、解析、回放及可视化工具开发，支持服务调用链、时序分析、异常定位等场景，提升问题排查效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、电子电气、自动化、软件工程等相关专业； 2. 3年以上智能驾驶行车功能开发经验，具备完整的量产项目SOP交付经历； 3. 精通C++，具备良好的编程规范、调试能力及性能优化经验；熟悉Linux开发环境及Git代码管理工具； 4. 熟悉AutoSar（汽车开放系统架构），了解OS、COM、诊断等基础软件模块的应用； 5. 熟悉SoC（片上系统）开发流程，具备A核（应用核，如Cortex-A系列）和R核（实时核，如Cortex-R系列）的开发经验，熟悉核间通信及常用debug手段（如JTAG、Trace32、GDB、串口日志、core dump等）； 6. 熟悉状态机开发，掌握Stateflow、状态图、行为树等至少一种状态机设计方法，具备行车功能状态管理、激活退出、降级接管等实际开发经验； 7. 熟悉SOME/IP协议，具备服务接口开发或调试经验； 8. 熟悉高速NOA/城区NOA功能逻辑，对ACC、LKA、TJA等舒适类行车功能有实际开发经验； 9. 熟练使用CANoe、CANalyzer等总线分析与标定工具，了解Wireshark等以太网分析工具； 加分项： 1. 熟悉功能安全（ISO 26262）开发流程； 2. 有多个高阶智驾量产项目交付经验； 3. 有A核/R核多核异构开发经验，熟悉Hypervisor、AUTOSAR多核或核间通信机制者优先；
