负责支持公司合规管理体系的建设，基于国内外数据合规与隐私保护、出口管制、跨境贸易、AI治理、反舞弊与商业道德等相关监管动向和法律法规要求，对各业务线进行风险评估、合规文件起草，并提供合规意见和执行方案，具体包括: 1. 基于公司业务全景，建立合规风险地图并持续更新； 2. 关注并研究国内外数据、隐私保护相关的法律法规，对全球各个国家和地区业务活动的数据处理全链路进行数据合规风险评估、合规文件起草、合规政策解读，并提供可执行的合规意见和解决方案； 3. 开展公司重要数据识别、重要数据目录维护、数据出境安全评估、个人信息保护和安全风险评估； 4. 关注美、欧、日韩出口管制和跨境贸易政策相关的监管动向，基于法律法规要求提供风险评估意见和可执行方案； 5. 基于欧洲、美国和中国等国家/地区AI相关法律法规进行解读和分析，制定产品的AI法规满足方案，评估AI工具使用的合规风险； 6. 协助建立和完善反舞弊、反商业贿赂、利益冲突等合规制度； 7. 组织合规培训与宣贯，推动合规文化在各业务线的落地。 任职要求： 具备计算机/互联网/汽车相关等技术与法律相结合的复合教育背景； 具备3-5年以上数据合规/隐私保护海外数据合规的经验，以及在海外数据隐私保护等有一定的专业积累和实践经验； 熟悉或精通全球各国/地区数据隐私法律政策，深刻理解并能够指导公司遵守其业务所涉及的法规； 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能以英语作为海外数据合规的工作语言； 跨部门沟通能力好，抗压能力好，学习主动性好； 具备智能网联汽车、自动驾驶、新能源或互联网行业数据合规经验者优先；持有CIPP/E、CIPM等认证优先。
