1. 负责QNX系统的性能分析和优化，识别系统、模块、函数级别的性能瓶颈，提供优化方案，如CPU负载、内存、Delay、网络/IO等方面分析和优化。 2. 负责协同项目、算法和软件分析并定位各个模块各种性能和稳定性问题。 3. 负责根据项目不同阶段的性能问题，制定针对性的优化方案和计划，推动各领域优化负载。 4. 负责协助项目侧进行算力及性能评估，并跟踪各个模块在版本迭代过程中的性能走势。

1. 掌握C++/Python/Shell编程语言，熟悉面向对象及常见数据结构与算法。 2. 熟悉QNX系统常见性能分析工具方法及原理，如Linux的perf/Perfetto/ftrace、QNX的kev内核事件分析、内存分析等。 3.精通QNX系统特性，如内核调度机制、内存管理机制等等，能够基于QNX内核机制针对不同性能问题提出对应的分析和优化方法。 4. 掌握常见的CPU负载、内存、Delay分析和优化的方法及范式，有丰富的负载和耗时优化经验。 5. 熟悉常见的C++代码及编译优化方法及原理，熟悉SIMD指令，了解CPU微架构； 6. 具备优秀的问题定位能力和强烈的探索精神，逻辑清晰、善于总结、善于撰写技术报告；

可选加分 1. 有实际智驾系统优化经验； 2. 具有QNX系统开发经验；
