一、工作职责 1. 主导客户项目全周期管理，涵盖项目获取、启动、规划、执行等，确保按预定时间、质量、成本交付 2. 负责项目工作范围确认、计划制定、前后台沟通，全阶段跟进进展，监督指导实施落地 3. 协调项目执行资源，保障内外部团队协同 4. 对接客户端，导入需求、管理预期、提升客户满意度 5. 管理项目采购、物流和质量，满足内部开发和客户量产需求 6. 整理管理项目文档，保障完整性和准确性 7. 编制、管理和控制项目预算 8. 落实公司流程体系在交付项目上的执行

二、任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、机械、车辆工程、电子信息或管理类相关专业 2. 具备智能驾驶项目管理经验2年以上（或智驾相关经验4年以上），熟悉项目全周期流程，能全面管控进度、质量和成本 3. 工作积极主动、责任心强，有抗压能力，能快速适应变化 4. 具备良好的沟通协调、决策和风险管控能力，能及时解决项目问题 5. 熟悉 ADAS 行业知识，有相关产品开发经验、硬件量产项目经验者优先
