1. 控制算法开发：负责自动驾驶车辆横向（转向）和纵向（驱动/制动）运动控制算法的设计、开发与量产落地，包括PID、LQR、MPC等经典及先进控制方法的工程化实现与优化； 2. 系统辨识与标定：主导新车型/新平台的控制参数标定与系统辨识工作，针对车辆执行器时延、非线性、精度差异等问题设计鲁棒性控制策略，确保全工况下的控制品质； 3. 横纵向协调控制：负责横纵向解耦与协调控制策略设计，处理急弯、变道、切入/切出等复杂场景下的综合控制问题，保障驾乘舒适性与安全性； 4. 数据驱动迭代：构建基于车端和云端数据的数据驱动控制算法迭代闭环，挖掘系统故障与极端场景，持续优化控制性能与鲁棒性； 5. 工程落地与集成：负责量产级C++代码开发、版本管理与性能优化，确保算法在嵌入式域控制器上实时稳定运行；配合感知、规划、底盘等上下游模块完成系统集成与实车调试； 6. 故障诊断与安全：参与控制模块的功能安全（ISO 26262）设计与故障诊断机制开发，确保系统在异常情况下的安全可控。

1. 硕士及以上学历，控制理论与工程、车辆工程、自动化、计算机、机械电子等相关专业； 2. 3年以上智能驾驶或底盘控制相关开发经验，有完整的量产项目SOP交付经历。 3. 控制理论基础扎实：深入理解车辆转向、驱动、制动等系统工作原理及执行器特性；精通PID、LQR、MPC等常用控制算法原理与工程实现，具备参数整定与鲁棒性调优经验； 4. 车辆动力学：熟悉车辆纵向/横向动力学特性，了解新能源（电机/电池）或传统燃油动力链基本特性及其对控制的影响； 5. 编程能力：精通C/C++，具备良好的软件工程能力与性能优化经验；熟悉Linux开发环境及Git代码管理工具；熟悉Python者优先； 6. 开发测试工具：熟练使用CANoe、CANalyzer等总线分析与标定工具；熟悉CarMaker、Carsim等仿真测试平台，具备MIL/SIL/HIL测试经验； 7. 工程落地能力：具备丰富的实车调试经验，熟悉常见控制问题（如振荡、延迟、过冲、稳态误差）的排查与解决方法。 加分项： 1. 行车和泊车的控制开发都有参与过，有法规适配经验； 2. 有车辆底盘系统（EPS、ESC、VCU）接口与响应特性深入调试经验；
