Sales Executive (m/w/d)

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:

  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Neukunden – proaktiv, personalisiert und mit einem guten Gespür für Timing und Relevanz
  • Du gehst als erster Kontakt auf potenzielle Kunden zu, führst erste Gespräche und schaffst echtes Interesse an glueckkanja
  • Du qualifizierst Leads anhand eines klaren Frameworks und entscheidest, welche Kontakte an unsere Account Manager übergeben werden
  • Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten strukturiert in unserem CRM und sorgst so für Transparenz im gesamten Sales-Prozess
  • Du planst Events vor und nach – von der Recherche geeigneter Veranstaltungen bis zum systematischen Follow-up mit allen Kontakten danach

Wann du am besten zu uns passt:

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im B2B-Outreach, IT-Vertrieb oder Sales Development und weißt, wie man Gespräche startet und Türen öffnet
  • Du bist zielorientiert, bringst Energie mit und gehst souverän mit Absagen um
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und nutzt digitale Vertriebs- und Recherche-Tools sicher oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Du bringst erste Praxis-Insights zu Themen rund um Microsoft Cloud (insbesondere Azure und Microsoft 365) mit
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Du findest dich in CRM-Systemen schnell zurecht und dokumentierst deine Arbeit gewissenhaft
