They’re now expanding their outbound sales division and looking for a driven, creative professional to build and manage high-performing lead generation systems using the latest automation and AI tools.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to get in early with a fast-moving tech company and work directly with leadership across sales, strategy, automation, and delivery.

It’s not your typical lead generation role. You’ll be building scalable systems, testing new tools, and optimizing outbound frameworks that define how AI-powered agencies grow. For the right candidate, this role can quickly evolve into a senior growth or operations position.

Your Mission

As an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll design and run AI-driven outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for client accounts. You’ll manage campaigns from end to end using automation tools, personalized messaging, and data-backed strategies to improve performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute complete outbound lead generation campaigns for multiple clients using automation and engagement platforms
  • Write personalized, AI-enhanced outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers and build relationships
  • Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across different industries and segments
  • Maintain and clean lead databases for accuracy, segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to increase engagement and conversions
  • Monitor results, analyze metrics, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals
  • Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and AI-driven marketing

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years in outbound sales, business development, or marketing with proven lead generation results
  • Experience with sales automation, data enrichment, and cold outreach strategies
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to managing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams
