The application is intended for current university students with graduation dates between December 2027 – June 2028. Please only submit this application once per cycle.

Application Process: All application materials must be submitted by October 23rd, 2026.

You may also select the same location for both your first and second location preferences.

About our Internship: CAA’s world class internship is an educational, hands-on and project-based experience. Interns will have the opportunity to network with agents and industry executives, develop personally and professionally through our in-house professional development courses and hear from Agents/Executives across the agency during our Speaker Series. The Summer 2027 Internship Program is an in-person, full-time opportunity from June 14th to August 6th. Overtime will not be permitted. All internships are paid employment opportunities. Interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing.

Please note that internship responsibilities will vary not only by location, but also by department and business needs. In general, interns may:

  • Perform research on clients, trends, brands and emerging media/technology
  • Create pitch deck materials, sizzle reels and timecode videos
  • Read scripts and provide script coverage (Motion Pictures and Television interns)
  • Route a fictitious tour (Music and Comedy interns only)
  • Present, in small groups or singularly, to department points of contact
  • Update existing grids or create new grids for additional tracking
  • Shadow Mailroom Clerks and department Assistants, sometimes on a rotational basis
  • Collectively work on a community service project

Eligibility for Internships:

  • Applicants must be able to work full-time at 40 hours per week in-person

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
