Wer ist eigentlich CABAÏA und was machen wir?

CABAÏA wurde in Paris gegründet und unsere Mission ist es, den Alltag mit raffinierten, farbenfrohen und nachhaltigen Rucksäcken, Koffern, Taschen und vielen weiteren Accessoires ein Stück besonderer zu machen.

Seit 2021 sind wir außerdem B-Corp-zertifiziert. Das bedeutet, dass wir nicht nur wirtschaftliche Ziele verfolgen, sondern uns auch aktiv für Umwelt und Gesellschaft einsetzen und unsere Kundinnen und Kunden dafür sensibilisieren. Heute ist CABAÏA über drei Vertriebskanäle vertreten: in über 45 eigenen Boutiquen in Frankreich, Belgien und Deutschland, bei mehr als 5.000 Handelspartnern in ganz Europa sowie über unseren Onlineshop.

Wir bringen mehrmals im Jahr neue Kollektionen und Produkte auf den Markt – doch eines haben sie alle gemeinsam: Sie sind nachhaltig, durchdacht und machen den Alltag ein bisschen einfacher. Ganz nach unserem Motto: „Amazing Every Day.“

Wir wachsen kontinuierlich und suchen tatkräftige Unterstützung für unsere Teams. Ob du bereits Erfahrung im Einzelhandel hast oder als Quereinsteiger:in neben dem Studium etwas Neues suchst – bei uns zählen vor allem Persönlichkeit, Motivation und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Das erwartet dich

Als studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d) bist du Markenbotschafter von CABAÏA und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden ein außergewöhnliches Einkaufserlebnis haben. Mit deiner positiven Art begeisterst du sie für unsere Produkte und unsere Marke.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören außerdem:

  • Begeisternde Kundenberatung und aktiver Verkauf.
  • Schaffung eines außergewöhnlichen Einkaufserlebnisses.
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenpräsentation und einem hochwertigen Erscheinungsbild der Boutique.
  • Mitarbeit im Warenmanagement und bei der Lagerorganisation.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team im täglichen Store-Betrieb.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Du bist aktuell immatrikulierte/r Student/in.
  • Du sprudelst vor positiver Energie, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und möchtest unsere Kundinnen und Kunden ehrlich und kompetent beraten.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Lust, hochwertige und raffinierte Rucksäcke und Accessoires zu verkaufen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über grundlegende Englischkenntnisse, sodass du dich im Arbeitsalltag verständigen kannst. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sind uns wichtiger.
