Betriebsassistent\*in, 100% (unbefristet) #####

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer qualitätskonformen, termingerechten und kostengünstigen Produktion unter Einhalt von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsaspekten der zugewiesenen Produktionslinien
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten
  • Mitwirken an der Entwicklung einer effizienten, zukunftsorientierten und wirtschaftlich rentablen Produktionseinheit.
  • Sicherstellung von einheitlichen Systemen (Betriebsdokumentation) und Erhebung von Prozessdaten
  • Auswerten der Produktionsdaten und basierend auf den Prinzipien von Lean Six Sigma
  • Fachliche Führung des Produktionspersonals sowie Schulung des Produktionspersonals in verschiedenen Sicherheits-, Produktions- und Qualitätsaspekten

* Personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsbetrieb bei Abwesenheit des Betriebsleiters

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Chemie-, oder Verfahrenstechnik-Ingenieur FH/TU/Uni. Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Produktionserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) idealerweise in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten; Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum konstruktiv-kritischen Hinterfragen von Situationen und Phänomenen
  • Offenheit für ständigen Wandel in einem dynamischen Umfeld

* Vertraut mit den grundlegenden Regeln und Gesetzen zur Arbeitshygiene, Produkt- und Anlagensicherheit

* Ausgezeichnete EDV-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
