Resumen del Puesto: Grupo Cabify busca un/a Procurement Analyst Trainee entusiasta y motivado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de Procurement. Este rol ofrece una excelente oportunidad para adquirir experiencia en el área de compras, participando en procesos clave del ciclo Procure-to-Pay.

La persona dará soporte en la revisión de facturas de proveedores, creación de órdenes de compra y gestión documental, así como en la interacción con stakeholders internos y proveedores. El candidato ideal destaca por su actitud proactiva, habilidades organizativas y una disposición para aprender y desarrollarse en el área de procurement.

Responsabilidades:

  • Revisión de Facturas:
  • Validar y revisar las facturas de proveedores para asegurar su precisión y conformidad con los acuerdos establecidos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para resolver discrepancias y asegurar el pago oportuno a los proveedores.
  • Creación de Órdenes de Compra:
  • Crear y gestionar órdenes de compra en el sistema, asegurando la correcta asignación de códigos y detalles de productos.
  • Asegurar que las órdenes de compra sean precisas y se emitan de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa.
  • Soporte en Repositorio Contratos con Proveedores:
  • Asistir en la carga en repositorio de contratos con proveedores para garantizar trazabilidad y ciclo de vida del contrato.
  • Colaboración Interdepartamental:
  • Trabajar en conjunto con otros departamentos, como Finanzas y Legal, para asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos.

Requisitos:

  • Educación:
  • Título universitario o Formación Profesional en Compras, Finanzas, Logística, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado (o en proceso de obtención).
  • Experiencia:
  • No se requiere experiencia previa, pero se valorará cualquier experiencia en prácticas o proyectos relacionados con compras o logística.
  • Habilidades Lingüísticas:
  • Buenas habilidades escritas y de comunicación en español e inglés.
  • Habilidades Interpersonales:
  • Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Organización y Atención al Detalle:
  • Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle para garantizar la precisión en las revisiones de facturas y documentos.
