Tu misión será clave para optimizar la experiencia de nuestros usuarios y conductores en Chile. Liderarás proyectos estratégicos, identificarás oportunidades de mejora y conectarás equipos para impulsar la eficiencia y la calidad de nuestro servicio en el país.

🛠️ ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Gestionarás el ciclo de vida completo de proyectos estratégicos, desde la ideación hasta la implementación, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos de negocio y la experiencia de nuestros usuarios.
  • Identificarás y analizarás proactivamente oportunidades clave de mejora en la operación, utilizando datos para proponer soluciones innovadoras que generen un impacto tangible.
  • Actuarás como puente entre diferentes áreas de negocio (Producto, Marketing, Growth, etc.), facilitando la comunicación y la colaboración para la ejecución exitosa de iniciativas interdepartamentales.
  • Desarrollarás y monitorearás KPIs cruciales, extrayendo insights que permitan optimizar el rendimiento del servicio y la satisfacción de nuestros stakeholders.
  • Contribuirás activamente a la mejora continua de procesos, implementando soluciones basadas en datos y tecnología, incluyendo la aplicación de IA para la resolución de problemas.

🔍 Lo que estamos buscando

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios: cabify.com/es/sobre-nosotros
  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia sólida (L3 - Senior) en gestión de proyectos y análisis de negocio, preferiblemente en entornos de operaciones o movilidad.
  • Una mentalidad proactiva, crítica y orientada a la resolución de problemas complejos, con un fuerte interés en la aplicación de IA.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos como SQL y Python, con capacidad para extraer insights y tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con diferentes stakeholders.
