Your Leadership Experience

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies that support organisational objectives and long-term business growth
  • Leading commercial teams responsible for contract administration, commercial governance, and financial performance across major projects
  • Providing commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award through project completion
  • Managing commercial negotiations, procurement strategies, and contractual obligations across complex engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Overseeing cost management, commercial forecasting, claims management, and change control processes
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks while protecting organisational interests
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, joint venture partners, and executive stakeholders
  • Leading contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial discussions within multidisciplinary project environments
  • Supporting successful project delivery through effective commercial management, contractual compliance, and sound decision-making
