Position Summary岗位概述

  • 了解现场操作工序，在中控室通过DCS负责对全厂的生产运行操作进行监督和控制，包括原料丙烯罐区、碳纳米管生产线、料仓等，使现场的操作和DCS操作保持一致。并通过系统实时发现相应问题，并立即通知现场员工做及时处理，保证生产顺利进行。

Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责）

  • 通过DCS系统监控原料丙烯罐区、反应炉系统、粉体输送系统、纯化操作系统、浆料操作系统等各分系统的运行状况，及时调整各相关工艺参数使生产达到安全、质量合格的要求，保持生产的正常运转；
  • 对重要的设备和重要的技术参数重点关注，发现异常时，及时汇报当班班长和工程师做出必要调整。但对超越自己权限的调整须事先征得上级的认可；
  • 在日常操作过程中，监督一般情况下设备运转中的工艺参数，积极配合现场操作工和维修部人员的工作；
  • 做好日常/定期工作中的数据记录工作，协助当班班长共同组织好生产。同时保证所属区域整洁；
  • 对在生产过程中，工程师和主管做出的操作调整指令认真遵照执行，并在交接班时交接清楚；
  • 当意外事故发生时，应帮助工程师、生产班长共同分析事故原因并及时解决;
  • 在工作中严格遵守标准操作程序；
  • 根据生产计划：协调各车间人员推进生产安排，并对每天生产情况、设备部运行情况、工艺运行情况进行收集反馈给相关人员；
  • 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。严格按照ISO9000、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求；
  • 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报；
  • 本岗位需要轮班、参与夜班倒班。入职前6个月，将在外操学习所有工序，通过考核后，正式转为CCR。

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors) 能力（知识、技能和行为）

  • 有基本的化工生产经验，了解化工生产中有关流体操作和干燥的技术要领。
  • 具备基础的自动化控制相关知识。
  • 有良好的环境整洁意识，有安全生产的牢固概念。
  • 在化工生产意外发生时，具备良好的心理素质和相当的应变能力
  • 有油、气、电气、固体，如炭黑火灾事故的消防初步知识
  • 有锅炉、消防控制系统操作经验

Education/Experience 教育/经验

  • 石油、化工相关专业大专以上学历优先。
  • 若非大专学历， 至少2年化工操作经验。
