You will bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of two years' hospital experience across relevant clinical areas, with Emergency nursing experience highly regarded.
  • At least three years' clinical experience in primary healthcare, community nursing (such as refugee health, Aboriginal health, alcohol and other drug services or homelessness services) or international health.
  • Experience in triage, clinical assessment, care planning, health education and complex care coordination.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with professional interpreters.
  • The ability to work autonomously, exercise sound clinical judgement and seek advice when appropriate.
  • Nurse Immuniser qualification, highly desirable, or a willingness to undertake the required training.
  • Previous experience working with people seeking asylum and refugees, highly desirable.

  • Professional development: Access generous learning opportunities, clinical supervision and ongoing support.
  • Supportive team: Work alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary team committed to equitable healthcare.
  • Salary packaging: Up to $15,900 tax-free per year, plus a $2,650 meal and entertainment card benefit.
  • Travel benefits: Access to discounted Myki Commuter fares.

If you are looking for a rewarding nursing opportunity where your skills, compassion and commitment to health equity can make a real difference, we encourage you to apply.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
