We operationalize AI, modernize networks, and provide advanced electronic warfare, space, digital solutions, and enterprise IT capabilities that give our customers decision advantage. CACI has more than 27,000 employees worldwide and reported FY2026 revenues of $9.6 billion. We are Ever Vigilant.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Contracts Manager to support our Space Line of Business (LOB). CACI’s Space Line of Business provides launch support and mission operations, mission management, sensing across the spectrum, sensor data processing, and the development of multi-INT products and effects across defense, intelligence, and federal civilian environments to enhance national security and commercial space missions.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner across both capture and execution, advising program teams and shaping equitable agreements that enable mission success.

Role and Impact:

Within CACI, Contract Managers are core strategic partners who strengthen customer trust, safeguard business integrity, and enable high-impact mission delivery. In this role, you will shape and negotiate contractual outcomes across the full acquisition lifecycle - from pre‑award strategy through execution, modifications, and close‑out - ensuring each engagement reflects CACI’s standards for compliance, agility, and mission‑focused value.

You will work closely with program leadership, capture teams, pricing, legal, procurement, and technical stakeholders to identify risks early, craft balanced solutions, and provide clear operational guidance in fast‑paced environments.

Your influence extends beyond individual agreements: you will bolster customer confidence, anticipate evolving regulatory and mission needs, and reinforce CACI’s reputation for delivering defensible, innovative business outcomes. Through proactive engagement with U.S. Government and industry partners, you directly support mission success and long‑term program growth.

Location:

This role is an in-office position based in Sterling, VA or Colorado Springs, CO and may require frequent access to multiple local facilities and secure compartmented information facilities (SCIFs), as applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide contractual expertise and leadership to multiple program teams within the federal procurement environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractors
  • Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with customers
  • Negotiate various contractual agreements, including contracts, bailment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, associate contractor agreements, other transactional agreements and teaming agreements
  • Monitor contract performance on a portfolio of contracts and actively participate in change management
  • Contribute to proposal development and review, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and corporate policies
  • Establish strong working relationships with Program Managers and stakeholders in pricing, procurement, and compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments in accordance with corporate policy and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Route organizational conflict of interest screenings and interpret related contract terms
  • Participate in client meetings and program reviews
  • Interpret customer terms and handle contractual action items

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments, including proposals and contract risk reviews
  • Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategies
  • Proactively advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks
  • Support and lead negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government laws and regulations
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices
  • Demonstrate the ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems with various customers
  • Coordinate with CACI Export team for processing export licenses and documentation
  • Mentor junior members on staff
  • Review pricing documentation for compliance with corporate policy and process and provide thoughtful feedback

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements
  • Current or recent National Security Clearance at the TS level with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to a government-sponsored CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements
  • Experience supporting capture teams under traditional FAR Part 15 methods, as well as Part 35 (Broad Agency Announcements), Other Transactional Agreements (OTAs), and Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs)
  • Preferred experience supporting the Intelligence Community on technology solutions contracts
  • Adept at contract analysis
  • Aptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously
  • Ability to frame, draft and negotiate agreements
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting deadlines with a high degree of quality

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
