Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency with relevant Intelligence Community tools and databases.
  • Ability to conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and satisfy intelligence requirements.
  • Proven experience supporting special operations and applying the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology.
  • Previous experience providing Human Intelligence (HUMINT) support to operations.
  • Experience working with partners in a collaborative, partnered environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and more than five years of experience; an associate degree and seven years of experience; or ten years of relevant work experience.

Desired:

  • Minimum of five years of experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting SOF in forward-deployed environments.
  • Experience providing direct analytical support to operations, including analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
  • Expert knowledge of intelligence-related databases, including MOSAIC, the DX SIGINT database, GAP Analytics, and FADE/MIST.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
