Description de tâches:Responsable Caisse (m/f)Cactus est une entreprise familiale luxembourgeoise avec plus de 4.000 collaborateurs qui s'engage quotidiennement pour la satisfaction de ses clients.Leader du secteur de la Grande Distribution au Luxembourg, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Manager Caisse (H/F/A) pour renforcer notre service Bureau de Caisse.En collaboration avec les bureaux de caisse des magasins Cactus, vous veillez à leur bonne organisation et assurez le suivi administratif et financier.Responsabilités• Vous organisez et planifiez les activités au sein du bureau de caisse (planning, intégration des collaborateurs, suivi des performances, etc.).• Afin d'assurer la fluidité des passages en caisse, vous veillez au bon déroulement des opérations.• En gérant les litiges en lien avec le passage en caisse, vous garantissez un haut niveau de satisfaction client.• Vous veillez au respect des procédures internes d'encaissement et commerciales de Cactus.• Vous pilotez la gestion des fonds de caisse, le flux d'argent et le contrôle du coffre. Compétences• Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans l'animation d'une équipe dans une fonction similaire.• Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des procédures de caisse et des outils informatiques associés.• Grâce à de bonnes qualités relationnelles et un sens du service client, vous assurez la gestion d'une équipe avec diplomatie.• Vous êtes réactif et avez la capacité de gérer des situations imprévues ou conflictuelles.
