What a day looks like in the Mothership:

  • Helping customers understand if Auto Now Financial is the right fit for them.
  • Guiding customers through our proprietary software to get approved online.
  • Processing credit applications and matching customers with financing options that fit their needs.
  • Training and coaching to master our high-level sales process - you'll develop a well-rounded skill set.
  • Creating your personal work playlist (because, let's face it, no one likes to work in silence!).

Schedule:

  • Monday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You will work 2-3 Mondays per month (if Monday is worked, your day off will be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sunday - closed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Clear, confident communication and professional phone etiquette.
  • A persuasive sales mindset—build rapport, overcome objections, and secure appointments.
  • Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, collaborative, and open to feedback.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Motivation to follow up consistently and meet performance goals.
