About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and hardworking Automotive Detailer to join our team. If you have a passion for cars and an "eye for detail," we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for restoring vehicle interiors to a "like-new" condition, ensuring every client receives a high-standard, professional result.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interior Restoration: Perform deep cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, steam cleaning, and deodorizing.
  • Surface Care: Apply preservation agents and revitalizers to leather and vinyl; treat fabrics with stain-resistant chemicals.
  • Sanitation: Follow modern disinfection protocols to ensure all touch points are sanitized and safe for customers.
  • Exterior Support: Assist with exterior washes, window cleaning, and applying tire dressings as needed to maintain a high standard.
  • Quality Inspection: Carefully inspect vehicles for any noticeable defects, such as torn upholstery or scratches, and report them to the supervisor.
  • Vehicle Logistics: Safely drive and maneuver vehicles to and from designated work and parking areas.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all detailing equipment is properly stored and serviced.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive detailing experience is required.
  • Background: Previous experience in custodial, car wash, or dealership roles is highly advantageous.
  • License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for vehicle movement.
  • Work Environment: This is an outdoor position; candidates must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including standing, bending, and reaching into tight spaces for the duration of a shift
