Buscamos por um(a) Agente de Microfinanças Rural que será responsável pela prospecção, atendimento e acompanhamento de empreendedores rurais, ofertando crédito produtivo orientado e garantindo a qualidade da carteira. Atuando de forma externa, realizando visitas em campo, elaboração de propostas e suporte contínuo aos clientes, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento sustentável das comunidades atendidas.

ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Promover reuniões, encontros e palestras para divulgação das ações e dos produtos e serviços da Cactvs.
  • Realizar a recepção e o encaminhamento de propostas.
  • Realizar visitas de acompanhamento, de orientação e de qualificação aos microempreendedores rurais atendidos pela Cactvs;
  • Elaborar laudos e relatórios sobre os empreendimentos de microempreendedores rurais atendidos pela Cactvs;
  • Participar de eventos relacionados a Microfinanças na sua Região de atuação, com enfoque na área rural;
  • Manter relacionamento com as entidades parceiras (Sindicatos rurais, Associações rurais, SENAR, Governo Estaduais e Municipais) para promoção e desenvolvimento das ações da Cactvs na área rural.

REQUISITOS NECESSÁRIOS:

  • Formação Técnica completo ou finalizando o curso em Agropecuária, Técnico Agrícola, Técnico em Zootecnia ou áreas correlatas com o registro ativo no respectivo Conselho;
  • Possuir veículo próprio;
  • CNH Válida Categoria A ou B
