Des tâches passionnantes

  • Définir la stratégie des achats
  • Négocier avec les fournisseurs et gérer le portefeuille d'assortiment
  • Définir des plans fournisseurs et piloter les actions associées
  • Optimiser des processus d'approvisionnement
  • Etablir et analyser des indicateurs de performance (KPIs)
  • Encadrer le responsable administratif des achats
  • Mener les entretiens individuels et assurer le suivi des performances
  • Assurer la coordination avec le groupe

Le profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée dans les achats, idéalement dans le secteur alimentaire
  • Vision stratégique
  • Très bonnes connaissances du marché suisse
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (ERP, Excel, etc.)
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français
  • Bilingue français \- suisse\-allemand
