Responsibilities:

  • Work with other Business Units (BUs) within the organisation and play an important role to formulate, analyse, and influence policymaking.
  • Required to monitor the economic outlook and developments in the labour market.
  • Gather ground feedback from unionised and non-unionised sectors.
  • Required to prepare reports and analyse 3rd party data to derive meaningful information to inform internal stakeholders.
  • Work with government agencies to lobby and tailor help schemes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Political Science, Economics, Law or any other related fields.
  • A self-starter with keen interest to conduct policy and data analysis.
  • Experience in economic analysis would be a plus, but not essential.
  • Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to engage multiple stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player.
