  • Adapt training delivery to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
  • Provide high‑quality customer service while representing CAE and Bombardier products professionally.
  • Collaborate with training teams to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Aviation background, aviation education, or a demonstrated strong interest in aviation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence speaking in front of groups.
  • Professional, polished, and customer‑focused approach.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to independently learn and stay current on technical topics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficiency with classroom technology and virtual training platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering aviation or technical training.
  • Experience working in business aviation environments.
  • Familiarity with Bombardier aircraft or training programs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
