Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Einwaage von Roh-, Hilfs- und Wirkstoffen gemäß Herstellvorschriften sowie GMP-konforme Dokumentation sämtlicher Arbeitsschritte
  • Koordinierung des Warenflusses von und zu der Einwaage sowie Sicherstellung der korrekten Materialbereitstellung für die Produktionsaufträge
  • Herstellen von Produktionsansätzen mittels Rührwerks und Heizkessel
  • Bedienen und Reinigen pharmazeutischer Anlagen und deren Räumlichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen
  • Durchführung von Service-Aufgaben im Produktionsbereich sowie zu den Schnittstellen Lager, Qualitätskontrolle und Produktionsplanung
  • Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Team

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung zum Pharmawerker (Maschinenbediener, Pharmakant), eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
  • Sie besitzen Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Stoffen und Produkten
  • Sie haben Verständnis für Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (GMP)
  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, organisiert und können Aufgaben priorisiert abarbeiten
  • Sie sind teamfähig, kommunizieren klar und arbeiten mit hoher Motivation und Begeisterung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (falls erforderlich)
