  • Ensure cycle counts are performed routinely, and proper research procedures are in place
  • Ensure procedures are in place to document the transfer of accountability for all deliveries made (direct deliveries, packages, freight, F&B, inventory orders)
  • Work with Regional Warehouse Manager on establishing operating hours and work schedules that align with Company goals and provide effective, efficient operations and optimal guest service.
  • Coordination of hours of operations should take into consideration the hours of operations of our largest customer, the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Ensure the Warehouse maintains an open dialogue with Buyers to alert for any delivery issues such as damaged, spoiled, or shorted items, or other vendor issues
  • Help provide guidance and oversight of Mailroom operation and Vital Records storage process (if applicable at property)
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly Inventory replenishments within SWS as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
