  • Perform basic SQL queries to understand data sources, validate information, and support Power BI connections
  • Conduct routine checks and basic optimization of data sources and reporting processes where needed
  • Troubleshoot common dashboard, data refresh, and visualization issues
  • Provide user support through email and other communication channels, including answering questions and explaining dashboard functionality
  • Guide users on how to navigate and interpret dashboards and reports
  • Create and maintain documentation covering dashboard logic, data sources, refresh processes, and usage instructions
  • Manage multiple dashboards and prioritize updates based on business requirements and stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered
  • Apply Power BI best practices to improve dashboard readability, consistency, and overall user experience
  • Functional and interactive Power BI dashboards supporting shipboard operations and product analytics
  • Regularly maintained and updated dashboards reflecting accurate and current data
  • Data exports and basic transformations prepared for Power BI reporting
  • Routine dashboard enhancements and performance improvements
  • Basic SQL queries and data validation activities supporting reporting accuracy
  • Documentation of dashboard functionality, data sources, transformation logic, and user instructions
  • Timely resolution or escalation of dashboard and data refresh issues
  • User support responses and guidance on dashboard navigation and interpretation
  • Recommendations for improving existing dashboards, reporting processes, and data visualization

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in Power BI, data visualization, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards using Power BI
  • Experience working with data exports, data preparation, and basic transformations for reporting and visualization

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple dashboards and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting business operations, product analytics, or operational reporting

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
