Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Handbüchern, Benutzeranleitungen und Online-Dokumentationen zu unseren Softwarelösungen
  • Verfassen klarer und verständlicher Release Notes für interne und externe Nutzer
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungs- und Produktteams, um die neuesten Funktionen und Updates der Software präzise zu dokumentieren
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Dokumentationen den aktuellen Produktstand widerspiegeln und verständlich formuliert sind
  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationsstrukturen und -richtlinien
  • Qualitätssicherung und Lektorat technischer Texte

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Technische Redaktion, Kommunikation, Informatik oder ein Studium in vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Mehr noch als deine Ausbildung wünschen wir uns Lernbereitschaft und Lust auf Neues - auch ohne oder mit abgebrochenem Studium, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, idealerweise im Softwareumfeld
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich und strukturiert darzustellen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools zur Dokumentationserstellung (z.B. Confluence, Help & Manual, Oxygen XML Editor)
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und IT-Begriffen ist von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Hervorragende Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch-Kenntnisse sind hilfreich
