Coopérative active depuis plus de 60 ans dans le domaine de la facturation et la gestion de cabinets médicaux, nous comptons une dizaine d’agences et employons 400 collaborateurs au niveau national. Notre principale clientèle est constituée aussi bien de médecins, spécialistes, collaborateurs paramédicaux que de cliniques et hôpitaux.

Notre Service Desk recherche aujourd'hui pour un remplacement :

un agent support service desk 1er niveau (H/F) à 100% (CDD 10 mois)

Votre mission :

Vous aurez pour tâche principale d’assurer une assistance téléphonique technique et métier sur les produits fournis par la Caisse des Médecins. Vous interviendrez sur toutes les tâches occupant le service desk 1er niveau et en assurerez le suivi ou escaladerez si besoin au niveau 2\. De manière générale, vous répondrez à toutes les demandes des utilisateurs.

Exigences du poste :

  • Aisance relationnelle et sens du service avec une attitude positive et motivée.
  • Compétences informatiques indispensables.
  • Organisation rigoureuse et maîtrise du français aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Capacité à analyser et à résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
  • Connaissances des processus ITIL un plus.
  • Anglais A2\-B1 (allemand un atout)
  • Des connaissances de facturation médicale ou une expérience dans un service desk constituent de gros avantages pour le poste.

Vous êtes vraiment à l’aise avec les outils informatiques ? Votre connaissance des processus des pratiques médicales, votre expérience des logiciels de facturation seront un atout dans ce poste.
