Coopérative active depuis plus de 60 ans dans le domaine de la facturation et de la gestion de cabinets médicaux, nous comptons une dizaine d'agences et employons plus de 350 collaborateurs au niveau national. Notre principale clientèle est constituée aussi bien de médecins, spécialistes et collaborateurs paramédicaux que de cliniques et d'hôpitaux.

IT Operations Support (H/F) à 100% ===================================

Votre mission

Pour renforcer notre équipe IT Operations / Production, nous recherchons un(e) support de production IT (L1/L2\) chargé(e) de garantir la stabilité et la disponibilité de services IT critiques pour l'activité. Ce poste est entièrement orienté opérations : supervision, gestion des incidents et activités quotidiennes de production, dans un modèle de travail en horaires « shifts ».

Supervision et gestion des incidents

  • Assurer une disponibilité fiable des services IT pendant les heures d'exploitation
  • Surveiller les systèmes IT, les applications et les traitements batch
  • Réagir rapidement et efficacement aux incidents et traiter les incidents de production de niveau L1/L2
  • Analyser les traitements batch en échec, identifier la cause et relancer, y compris par la lecture des scripts concernés
  • Participer au pilotage des incidents majeurs : qualification, coordination des intervenants, communication de statut
  • Rédiger les comptes rendus d'incident et contribuer aux analyses de cause racine

Exploitation quotidienne

  • Solliciter les équipes expertes (bases de données, infrastructure, d) sur ce qui dépasse le périmètre d'exploitation
  • Exécuter les tâches et procédures opérationnelles quotidiennes
  • Maintenir la supervision et la page de statut à destination de nos clients
  • Maintenir et enrichir les procédures et runbooks d'exploitation
  • Automatiser les contrôles et les tâches récurrentes
  • Soutenir les opérations de production et garantir des passations fluides entre les équipes
  • Prêter ponctuellement main\-forte à l'équipe bases de données sur des tâches d'exploitation courantes
  • Participer à une rotation d'astreinte « best effort » en dehors des heures ouvrables

Organisation du travail

  • Poste en horaires avec journées de 8 heures (6h–14h / 13h–21h)
  • Deux shifts par jour avec 1 heure de chevauchement sur site
  • Rotation hebdomadaire ou bi\-hebdomadaire entre les shifts

Votre profil

Formation : Formation en informatique ou expérience équivalente en exploitation de systèmes

Expérience : expérience confirmée en support ou en exploitation de production IT, idéalement en horaires de shift

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissances des systèmes Linux et/ou Windows
  • Expérience avec des outils de monitoring/supervision (Grafana ou équivalent)
  • Expérience d'un ordonnanceur de production, Control\-M de préférence
  • Lecture et adaptation de scripts Shell et Perl
  • Notions de bases de données et capacité à exécuter des requêtes SQL de diagnostic (PostgreSQL ou Sybase : un plus)
  • Pratique de Git et des pull requests.
  • Connaissance des processus ITIL (incident, problème, changement)

Langues

  • çais courant
  • Anglais niveau professionnel (B1/B2\)
  • L'allemand est un atout

  • Sang\-froid et sens des priorités en situation d'incident
  • Aisance rédactionnelle : procédures et comptes rendus d'incident
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à assurer des passations claires
