Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar e orientar projetos Yellow Belt e Green Belt. Conduzir eventos Kaizen para identificação e eliminação de desperdícios. Aplicar metodologias de melhoria contínua e resolução estruturada de problemas. Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos de melhoria, garantindo governança e acompanhamento dos resultados. Mapear, modelar, analisar e redesenhar processos organizacionais ponta a ponta. Conduzir workshops de levantamento, validação e melhoria de processos. Desenvolver matrizes RACI e definir papéis e responsabilidades. Identificar oportunidades de simplificação, padronização, digitalização e otimização de processos. Estruturar e monitorar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs). Desenvolver dashboards gerenciais e relatórios executivos. Realizar análises estatísticas para identificação de tendências, causas raiz e oportunidades de melhoria. Elaborar modelos analíticos utilizando Excel avançado e ferramentas correlatas. Desenvolver apresentações executivas para liderança e diretoria. Apoiar estratégias de comunicação e engajamento relacionadas aos projetos da área. Identificar oportunidades de automação de processos. Atuar na priorização e acompanhamento do pipeline de automações. Disseminar boas práticas de BPM, Lean Six Sigma e melhoria contínua. Participar da definição de metodologias, padrões e governança do Escritório de Processos.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Engenharia, Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, estatística ou áreas correlatas. Business Process Management (BPM) BPMN 2.0 avançado. Cadeia de Valor. Matriz RACI. Kaizen. DMAIC. Gestão da Mudança. Metodologias de resolução estruturada de problemas. Estatística descritiva e inferencial. Capacidade de processo. Controle estatístico de processos (CEP). Excel Avançado, PowerPoint Avançado: Storytelling executivo. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
