Kundendienstberater/in Reparatur \& Service / Stv. Leiter Reparaturcenter (80 \- 100 %) =======================================================================================

Schätzt du den täglichen Kundenkontakt und möchtest unser eingespieltes Reparaturcenter\-Team ergänzen als starkes Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt?

Was du bei uns bewirken kannst:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent und erarbeitest für jedes Nutzfahrzeug die wirtschaftlich und technisch beste Lösung.
  • Du erstellst massgeschneiderte Offerten sowie komplexe Reparaturaufträge und planst die zeitlichen Ressourcen in Absprache mit den Teamleitern.
  • Bei unvorhergesehenen Arbeiten informierst du den Kunden proaktiv und besprichst das weitere Vorgehen.
  • Du begleitest die Aufträge von A\-Z und stellst sicher, dass die Kundenwünsche umgesetzt werden.
  • Bei Abwesenheit unseres Leiters Reparaturcenter übernimmst du dessen Stellvertretung.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast eine technische Grundausbildung in der Automobil\- oder Nutzfahrzeugbranche abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung sowie solide EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse mit.
  • Du bist eine zuverlässige, teamfähige und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Empathie und ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
