As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning.   What will you be doing?

Create Multi-Channel Marketing Assets: Design and develop creative assets across digital and print channels, including email marketing, website content, social media, paid media, trade shows, and events. Bring Brand Stories to Life: Create thoughtful, impactful, and visually compelling work that supports marketing objectives while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand experience. Support Creative Campaign Execution: Partner with the Creative Director, Design Manager, and Marketing teams to execute design concepts from ideation through final production. Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and business priorities. Contribute to Brand Development: Support brand identity initiatives, styling and wardrobe direction, product photography needs, and in-house or offsite art direction. Manage Multiple Projects: Balance competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, Visual Communications, or a related field 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising agency, retail, fashion, footwear, apparel, or consumer goods environment Knowledge of footwear, fashion, apparel, and consumer trends preferred Proficiency with Mac operating systems , Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma Product photography, styling, on set art direction, motion graphics, or video asset experience is a plus
