As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning What will you be doing?

Coordinate: Coordinate seasonal marketing programs, product launches, and retail initiatives from planning through execution. Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure programs and assets are delivered accurately and on time. Partner: Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, eCommerce, PR, Social, CRM, Media, Sales, and Merchandising to align seasonal priorities, coordinate program needs, and support successful execution across channels. Support: Support Sales and retail partners by translating seasonal priorities and product stories into clear, actionable marketing resources. Develop and coordinate sales toolkits, product launch kits, presentations, merchandising guides, retail education materials, and trade show resources that help bring the brand to life with retail partners. Execute: Execute marketing support for key account meetings, line reviews, market appointments, sales meetings, retailer presentations, and trade shows. Coordinate campaign assets and retailer resources, including routing, approvals, version control, organization, and distribution to ensure teams have the right materials when they need them. Manage: Manage marketing calendars, project trackers, briefs, workflows, requests, and status updates while monitoring deadlines and escalating risks or roadblocks as needed. Support post-launch recaps and identify opportunities to continuously improve marketing processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications That Make You the Perfect Fit!

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in Marketing as Account Coordinator or Account Manager Experience working in a retail environment preferred
